1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below is a guide:

3. International Shipping

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain international locations due to carrier limitations.

Shipping times vary depending on the supplier’s location and the destination country. Estimated delivery times are:

Please note that orders shipped from multiple suppliers may arrive in separate packages.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number (when available) via email. Tracking information might take 2-5 business days to update, especially for international orders.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Import duties, taxes, and additional charges may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by our store.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, return policies may vary by product. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team by email within 30 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. In some cases, items may need to be returned directly to the supplier.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Depending on the supplier, refund processing may take 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the supplier to send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as items may already be in the shipping process.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
